CAMP DATES: Monday, September 4 – Friday, September 8, 2017

Who may attend H.E.B. Family camp? We wish we had room for all homeschoolers to attend camp.  It is a wonderful and peaceful place.  However,  because of limited cabin space and increasing interest, we must limit registration to families who are currently homeschooling at least one child (ages 5-18) This allows H.E.B. Camp to be a place where homeschooling families can gain support and build lasting friendships with those who are educating in a similar fashion. Grandparents and/or adult children of registered campers may attend camp with their children or parents on a space available basis.

Additional Attendance Policy: Our H.E.B .Camp is classified as a Family Camp by the State of Texas. In order to keep this status ALL children 18 and under must have a PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN in camp with them at all times. Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Brothers, Sisters, or close friends may NOT bring another parent’s child(ren) to H.E.B. Camp.

CABINS: Ideally, at H.E.B. camp we sleep as families and/or extended families in cabins. When possible it is one family to a cabin. At times it is needful to sleep more than one family per cabin. When this is necessary careful thought and consideration is given to the ages and genders of the family members. Other considerations are whether parents are attending camp with or without their spouses. While we try to meet the needs of all of our campers we cannot guarantee a private cabin.
